We eat 3 times a day. We snack, we scoff, we chop, we pick, we nibble, we feast. What are we looking to experience, and how do we want to experience this food we are so lucky to be consuming day in, day out?
Here we want to share ideas that reflect these experiences and try to encourage other people to make their own.
Ultimately if we are going to consider the experience of eating, we need an increased awareness of not just how the food is making us feel or what we are seeking when we choose to eat it, but also where the food is coming from. This is why we are going to raise our piglets and produce our own meat.
